A lifestyle and health screening.

This blood, urine, health and lifestyle screening provides comprehensive testing with over 50 body measurements.

You’ll receive immediate lifestyle and dietary recommendations, along with your metabolic age. 

If you’re experiencing low energy, low mood, digestive issues, fatigue, bloating, heartburn, reflux, indigestion, pain, irregular bowel movements, hormonal imbalance, eczema, persistent headaches or anxiety these could all be linked.

You will be required to fast for a minimum of 4 hours prior to the test. It’s fine to drink water before but no food or sugary drinks please.

We need a sample of your urine for the screening. It is helpful if you can bring a sample along with you but don’t worry if you can’t we will provide you a sample cup upon your arrival.
